Documents We Process for
Apostille & Attestation
Expert, secure handling of Educational, Personal, and Commercial documents. We ensure seamless international compliance for your critical certificates.
What Are You Looking to Attest?
We structure document legalization into three distinct frameworks, each with specialized bureaucratic procedures for MEA Apostille or Embassy Attestation.
Educational Documents
Vital for higher education admissions, specialized employment visas, and academic equivalency credentials abroad.
- Degree Certificate
- University Mark Sheet
- Diploma Certificate
- School Leaving / Transfer
- Bonafide Certificate
Personal Documents
Essential for securing dependent visas, spousal residency, long-term immigration, or legal identity validation.
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate
- Police Clearance (PCC)
- Medical Certificate
- Personal Affidavits
Commercial Documents
Crucial for corporate expansion, setting up overseas branches, signing international contracts, or exporting goods.
- Company Registration (COI)
- Board Resolution
- Power of Attorney (PoA)
- Commercial Invoice
- Memorandum (MOA/AOA)
Specific Document Workflows
Different documents require entirely different initial authentications before they can reach the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
Degree & Mark Sheets
Academic documents are the most strictly regulated. They must undergo regional state verification before any international stamp is applied.
Marriage & Birth Certificates
Civil registry documents establish family ties. These bypass HRD and proceed through the state's home department or regional magistrates.
Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
Since PCCs are issued centrally by the Regional Passport Office, they possess high initial authority and skip state-level authentications entirely.
Commercial Documents & Invoices
Business filings require validation from trade bodies to confirm corporate legitimacy before diplomatic recognition.
What We Need From You

Conditional Supporting Documents

- University Verification: Certain states demand a sealed transcript or direct university email confirmation prior to HRD.
